For use in foreign jurisdictions, including civil law countries such as France and Spain and common law jurisdictions such as South America and India. I have a great deal of experience with Lithuanian and Latvian powers of attorney for dealing with property sales, inheritances and litigation.

I can also deal with corporate powers of attorney, ensuring that the documents are properly authorised by your directors and effective for use abroad as well as liaising with your foreign lawyers to ensure that your company is able to act effectively in their jurisdiction.

Proof of Life for Foreign Pension Claimants

Many foreign jurisdictions require pension claimants to submit annual proofs of life to enable them to continue claiming their pension. Often only the evidence of a notary public and not a solicitor will be accepted. I have experience preparing and completing these documents for a variety of jurisdictions including Latvia, Lithuania, France, and the Netherlands.
